Amy Wakeham: Writer, Journalist, Editor

Amy WakehamAmy graduated with a BAHons (First Class) degree in English Literature and French Studies at the University of Birmingham in 2015. She is accredited by the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ) with a Diploma in Journalism.

She has over a decade of experience as a journalist, editor and content creator. She began her career as a copywriter for fashion brands, before joining The Jackal, a luxury menswear magazine, as a writer and editor. She went on to become Managing Editor, and then Deputy Editor, at Country & Town House, a premium lifestyle publication with an elevated AB readership. 

Amy has written cover interviews with major Hollywood stars and produced in-depth features on it all: from lab-grown diamonds to regenerative farming. She’s also commissioned, edited and sub-edited the work of others, as well as coached junior team members to develop their journalism skills. 

Today she contributes to several high profile international publications, writing primarily about fashion, watches, jewellery, travel, and culture. She is currently based in Paris.
