We are being commissioned to develop, write, and edit based on interviews and source materials. We’ll produce polished, submission-ready documents such as a manuscript and publishing proposal. The service includes interviews, research, drafting, editing, and final refinement to industry standards suitable for literary agents, traditional publishers, or self- publication. The goal will be to introduce the work to the trade but if we are unsuccessful in doing so, clients have something that can be self-published.

We manage the creative process while consulting with clients all the way, especially on major decisions. All intellectual property rights transfer to clients upon payment. We do not guarantee publication outcomes, timelines to any deadline [timelines are targets, not guarantees], or error- free content, but we work to a top standard within an agreed general timeframe which will change with each project.

The service includes strict confidentiality obligations, recorded interview handling, and excludes the use of LLM AI writing tools, we retain no author credit unless agreed, and we’re not responsible for publishing, distribution, or commercial exploitation outcomes – we simply provide the written typescript documents but do support with introductions into the trade.

Payments are tied to delivery stages and work begins upon first payment. Estimated word count is industry-standard rather than fixed and termination rights are defined for both parties, with completed work and associated rights transferring to the author as payments are being made.
